The top pieces constitute the droid's head, while the wrench looking pieces are the neck and arms. Take note of the two purple transparent piece on the top right, super like.

The 2-tone triangular piece (right most) has a flexible tail. At the bottom left are the Assassin Droid riffles, one is longer than the other four. I'm a big fan of the navy color pieces here.

Assassin Droids have to hold on the blue handle to keep themselves in place, or they might fall out of the vehicle.

Visually, these mini-figures look great. Function-wise, not good. Arms tend to fall off when putting in riffles. Feet do have enclosures on the heel to properly clasp on studs. They could not even stand straight when holding a riffle, and they have to lean backwards to balance the riffle's weight.

Conclusion: I'm not a big fan of the Assassin Droids here, neither the vehicle. However, just like the 8014 set, the vehicle has some useful/interesting pieces such as the purple translucents and navy blues. The Droids are not bad either, you get riffles and a bunch of wrenches! I was hoping these droids can make funny poses.
I don't think this set is worth your money, but it's one set to get those Assassin Droids, in fact 5 of them. I will not recommend this set, buy the ones with Storm and Clone Troopers.
